If the benefitting borrower is not a NH resident or the application is for a refinance loan, then you will most likely log in at Campus Door for Bank of Lake Mills Loans.

Borrowers with Federal Family Education Loan Program loans (FFELP) should contact Nelnet at nelnet.com or via phone at (888) 486-4722. Nelnet is available Mondays 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. ET, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET, Thursdays and Fridays 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET.
Borrowers with private loans (Granite Edvance, EdvestinU, Tree, Leaf) should contact Firstmark Services at secure.firstmarkservices.com or via phone at (844) 399-7535. Firstmark Services is available: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.
