Mobile Communication Consent

In addition, you understand and agree that your lender, any of its affiliates, agents, service providers or assignees may always communicate with you in any manner permissible by law that does not require your prior consent. If you prefer not to receive such contact on your cell phone, select “Disagree”; however, you must also provide another phone number that is not a cell phone. Otherwise, we have no option other than to contact you at that number.
